Flours – Organic flours/spelt flours

Our different types of organic rye and wheat flours are characterised by their unrivalled baking properties.

In addition to the laboratory tests, the flours are also baked in our test bakery – particularly if there is a change in crop – and tailored to the requests of our customers.
Organic spelt flour is made from selected batches of organic spelt (from Austria) and standardised through regular checks.
