It's an ideal supplement to the Pfahnl product range, which is why the Ludwig Polsterer Vereinigte Walzmühlen GmbH has been part of the large Pfahnl family since 2014. Not least because the Polsterer Mühle is located in the heart of one of Austria's best grain growing regions in the southeastern part of Vienna. Pfahnl attaches great importance to regionality, which is why the grain used primarily comes from nearby farmers. The production facilities in the Polsterer Mühle were completely updated in 2019.
